December 2008 The Scoping Report - Submitted To Hambleton District Council Planning Department
Planning application for an anemometer mast by PRE
  Public consultation by PRE
  PRE prepare their planning application including the EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment)
  PRE submit a Planning Application - could be different
number and position of turbines
  HDC seek statutory consultations
  HDC accept comments from anyone affected
  HDC Planning assess the application against core strategies, their development framework and regional and national guidelines
  Planning Application goes to the Planning Committee with a recommendation from the Planning Dept
